Who we are. Trecastelli (“we”) runs this loyalty app under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Our information officer can be reached at the address below.

What we collect. Your name, a handle, email or phone for sign-in, the stamps and free coffees on your card, which store you visited, and how an order was paid (in the app or at the counter). We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it. To run your stamp card, approve stamps, hand over free coffees, answer your Support and Change requests, and — if you opt in — send news about Trecastelli.

Who sees it. Our staff see your name, handle and card when they approve a stamp. We never sell your information. We share only with the providers that run the app and payments, under contract.

Your rights. You can see, correct or delete your information, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time from Me → settings in the app, or by contacting us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.

Keeping it safe & how long. We keep your information only as long as your account is active, and protect it with access controls. Delete your account and we remove your personal information, keeping only what the law requires.
